Feel free to bring containers to pick in. Make sure you stop into the farm stand and have your containers weighed. This weight will be taken off your total so you are only paying for your fruit. If you forget to have your containers weighed we will have to include the weight of your container. We unfortunately don't have the staff or time to be switching fruit into different containers. If you don't bring containers that is fine we have pick your own trays that we offer. They do cost money and the farm cannot afford to pay for these containers. The weight of the containers is approximately a .30 cents to $1.50 in cost. This will be added into your total when we weight your fruit. You can keep these containers and bring them back to pick in, but again you must get them weighed before you pick in them. Children are welcome to come and pick, we do ask that you watch your children on the farm. We do not want children of any age climbing equipment or touching farm tools for safety reasons. Of course you can try a berry or two, but the farmers have put a lot of time and effort to grow these crops. Please be respectful and pay for what you pick before you start diving into your fruit. When you pick your own you are responsible for what you pick. The farm can not have customers picking items that you in the end don't want. You pick you buy it. Again, we are trying to keep PYO cost down as much as we can!
Please respect each other and make it a great family experience picking your own fruit and enjoying it. Thank you The Lanni Family.

Pick Your Own Fruit Schedule
******always depends on mother nature*******
Due to a series of events over this past growing season, we will regretfully not be having public apple picking for the 2019 season.
There are apples and they will be available in the farm stand.
We chose this year to start a tedious process of renovating the orchard in an effort to provide a more comprehensive farm experience for our customers in the near future. There are blocks of orchard that are in the process of being removed in order to plant other crops and blocks that will be removed and replanted with younger apple trees.
With that, we were going to have a limited area for apple picking this year. That was the original plan.
The weather over the growing season has put a wrench in the plan. The early rains during the spring and bloom time has caused very poor pollination. The quantity of apples on the trees that we are caring for that were not slated for removal has been reduced greatly. When we assessed the situation as fall approached we came to the conclusion that your experience in our orchard would not be what we wanted for you.
We will still have everything else you are accustomed to.Our farm stand will have apples, we will have pumpkin picking, our corn maze will be open, along with many other fun family events. We thank you for your support and understanding as we work harder to provide you an even better experience in the future.
